Long distance removal from Cape town to Durban
I had the best long distance removal/ relocation coordinated by Cape removals. I contacted 2/3 removal capes that stated they do not collect and deliver from location areas due to safety reasons. With Cape removals they said yes immediately and collected from Khayelitsha Cape town to Durban Umlazi. I had the best collection team and delivery teams. I truly had a awesome experience as the move itself was stressful. Thank you Cape removals, greatly appreciated. My furniture arrived in good condition and nothing missing.

Cape Removals Stay away.
If I could give them less than 1 stars I would. On the 20th I confirmed the allotted time of 13:00 was good for me. This was for my move on the 5th of September 2026. I emailed them on 30 August 2026 to make sure everything is sorted to be informed they can assist me in the morning. Upon hearing this I was upset since I can only move after 12:00 so the 13:00 slot was very important and my allotted time seems to have never been confirmed. I then wrote a bad review. After doing so I get a email stipulating that the 13:00 slot can now be done. I then confirm this slot and ask for confirmation. I get an email saying a formal quote will be sent in due course. I thereafter receive a call asking why I gave a bad review. Cape Removals took no responsibility for their bad service for initially not booking my move on 20 August 2026. They instead blame shifts. This is definitely not a company I want to work with. If something goes wrong and they are responsible they will definitely try to shift the blame to you.

I would recommend Cape Removals to anyone moving long distances. The response time with the office is good. The guys who handle your belongings are so attentive and kind. They made a very stressful time very easy for me.

Cape Removals
This was the second time I used Cape Removals, and the service was just as good as the first time. The booking process was straightforward, and the team of four which handled the actual move was great. Helpful, friendly, and took real care with my bulky heavy furniture. There weren't even any complaints from them about the really steep, uneven staircase at the delivery point. I wholeheartedly recommend Cape Removals for extremely efficient service.
