Defect shoe
Dear Bogart SA , I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment. I purchased a pair of your shoes about a month ago, never worn. Today, while trying them on for the first time, the side split completely. I went to the store and was told the shoes must be sent to head office, and that I may even have to cover shipping. That is unacceptable. I urgently need a replacement pair, as I have a funeral this Friday. Please have the store authorized to exchange the shoes immediately. If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter. I trust you will address this quickly. Kind regards.

I want my full money back ASAP....
So I'm back yet again to lay another complaint for this online store Bogart Man after a month and a week or so I finally got my money back ..only now it's not the full amount I paid ....now I'm am struggling to get my balance back from them but wen I was sent banking details to make payments it was no prblm now getting my full money back is a problem...this will be the last in my life that I ever buy form this people thier service is just putrit really very unprofessional and very time wasting aswell

Poor service
On the 28th July 2026 my wife made a paytment on payjust now. I bought an item online at Borgat on the stipulated date, now vall mall is the nearest and have request to callect at the nearest instead of Eastgate Malboro now they want us to pay addiotional fee for them to deliver. So it's me again with this Bogart online s#%© it's been over a month now still struggling for Bogart's people to come collect the sneaker ..I got InTouch with some person on the whatsapp they sent me the order number and invoice number so then went back to the store still no money no exchange nothing so they said online poeple must sort it out n still nothing ...this is now pure Bull*"#: and frustration all I want is my money back n blv me il will never ever order online at Bogart Man again I want my money Back asap

So I always place orders online especially at Bogart this time around the service was peutrit to say the least I placed an order Fr a sneaker it arrived wrong colour fine I requested a return they collected then this lady said I couldn't get my money back fine I checked Fr a other sneaker so I found 1 the sneaker came its small the sneakers r small make size 12 so now I went to the Bogart Man store at Maponya Mall ...now it's long stories of I need some other form first tell me in the name of Jesus where do I get this form ..cz I placed the order online and the order number and all the info is on the page that came with the sneaker so tell me wat the hell else does this poeple want...I just want my damn money back I will never order from them again the WhatsApp number I wait two days for a reply I mean now really the sneaker was R3300 and all I want is my money back ASAP ...my name is Sharmy my cell number is *** call me if need be cz I'm ****ed off
