I want my full money back ASAP....

So I'm back yet again to lay another complaint for this online store Bogart Man after a month and a week or so I finally got my money back ..only now it's not the full amount I paid ....now I'm am struggling to get my balance back from them but wen I was sent banking details to make payments it was no prblm now getting my full money back is a problem...this will be the last in my life that I ever buy form this people thier service is just putrit really very unprofessional and very time wasting aswell
