Poor service

On the 28th July 2026 my wife made a paytment on payjust now. I bought an item online at Borgat on the stipulated date, now vall mall is the nearest and have request to callect at the nearest instead of Eastgate Malboro now they want us to pay addiotional fee for them to deliver. When we ask them to cancel ther order we dont get the responce to date. when we call they are telling us the online personel is out top durban.
