Exceptional Service, Incredible Results - Janine Hamel is the MVP!
I cannot recommend BetterBond highly enough, and a special mention must go to Janine Hammel, who's an absolute MVP! I initially approached my own bank to secure a home loan, only to be offered a personalized interest rate significantly above the prime lending rate. That's when Janine stepped in, and what a difference she made! Janine went above and beyond to negotiate on my behalf, not only securing better interest rates from other banks but also ensuring that each offer came with additional benefits. The deal we ultimately chose was far better than I could have hoped for, with an interest rate significantly below prime. Even after I was happy with the offer, I asked Janine to see if she could negotiate any additional benefits. To my surprise, she went back to the bank and managed to sweeten the deal even further by getting them to contribute towards a portion of my transfer and bond registration costs. That level of dedication and commitment to getting the best possible deal for her client is truly exceptional! Beyond the fantastic financial results, what really stood out was Janine's service. She kept me informed every step of the way, patiently explained everything whenever I was unsure and made sure that I fully understood each offer before making a decision. Poor support
I am currently dealing with Suzette with the developers from Sinai marketing i have requested that she supplied me with the bank evaluation details but she has not received feedback. While I spoke to her she keeps protecting unprofessional from the developers who keeps on lying to me its been more than two months that I have moved to unfinished units with issues that are not resolved.

On top of it, personable and transparent on the process. I worked with Nivesh and he kept us updated on the various banks, requirements and kept pushing everyone for their responses on time. We have completed our first property acquisition for our property investment company, which needed a good understanding on the process.
