My unfortunate experience with BritsBrothers led me to meet Dwayne. What a champion. Dwayne is excellent with customers and went beyond the call of duty to assist me with my issue. He literally stopped everything he was doing to help ME, given the horrible experience with BritsBrothers. I 100% recommended B+D Auto Body Spares, especially the online service. Bad service
I bought lower grill bumper and I received the wrong size of it,then I returned it. I sent the agent the original size of what I want but still they showed me wrong one again.i asked for refund since they can't send me the right one.in my surprise they didn't give me my full amount that I paid and when I try to call the *** no one is picking up my call. I'm very disappointed.
