Bad service

I bought lower grill bumper and I received the wrong size of it,then I returned it. I sent the agent the original size of what I want but still they showed me wrong one again.i asked for refund since they can't send me the right one.in my surprise they didn't give me my full amount that I paid and when I try to call the *** no one is picking up my call. I'm very disappointed.
