Misled about insurance claim - now forced to pay do two phones.
I have been a customer at Africa Mobile since June 2024. First contract was fine. I upgraded in March 2025 and got a new phone. I lost the phone and called to claim as it is insured. An agent told me to keep paying until the 6th month to qualify for a replacement. I followed that advice and paid 2 more months to reach 6 months. When I called after 6 months, I was told there will be no replacement. Now I am told the only option is to take another phone and pay for 2 phones at once on one account - the lost one and the new one.This was never explained to me. I feel misled because I paid based on incorrect advice from their own staff. I request my insurance policy document and call recording. Please resolve this. ***

No comunication
This company does not communicate they just hand you over and when you phone you get *********** people that says they cant see why you are handed over I have changed my banking details with them and now the fist debit has not gone off yet now I am all off a sudden two payment behind. I would like to some to to call me and tell me what is going on.

Bad service
I have a contract with them and struggling to cancel it. I have paid for the last 24 months and get airtime and data whenever they feel like it. I am trying to cancel the contract but getting no joy out of it. I am told I owe April payment and I give supp**** them with POP still they making excuses that I have to wait for amount to be allocated. How an internal issue is becoming a customer problem? I have been emailing and getting no response. Calling their office number for some reason no one picks up the phone. I really need this contract closed.

Bad service

Very disgusted about this Africa Mobile. They deducted my account in my bank account for 25th month even though I had called them before the contract came to an end, they confirmed that my last month would be the 25th of May 2026, then on the 25th of June 2026 boom 💥 another debit order. I called them and they gave me a paid up letter and they sent a refund form and I filled and sent it back. It been 2 months and I have never received my refund.

Worst Ever Service .
