Worst Ever Service .

These guys are the worst ..They debited my account twice with no device given to me . I am waiting for my refund Almost a month after I cancelled my contract with them .. Eager to do debit orders but slow with refunds . Why should they take so long ? Is this a **** ? I mean I paid for absolutely nothing !!! Africa Mobile I want my money back! now!!!
