Still no reply 😕 regarding my refund

Very disgusted about this Africa Mobile. They deducted my account in my bank account for 25th month even though I had called them before the contract came to an end, they confirmed that my last month would be the 25th of May 2026, then on the 25th of June 2026 boom 💥 another debit order. I called them and they gave me a paid up letter and they sent a refund form and I filled and sent it back. It been 2 months and I have never received my refund.
