Selling Bad Products
Sales Person : David Weiderman ACDC IS SELL DAMAGE STOCK . GUYS PLEASE GET THEM TO CONFIRM THERE RETURNS POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE. THEY ****** ME OF OVER R4400 SELLING JUNK WATER PUMPS AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY I bought an ACDC branded pump which after installing we realized it is faulty so I returned it requesting a refund . They told me it needs to go for inspection and then they'll decide. They took about 3 months to decide what is wrong with it . Enough time to create a LIE. Now they REFUSED REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. THEY WANT TO GIVE ME BACK THE SAME BROKEN ITEM.

Amazing Manager
I would just like to commend the manager of ACDC Richmond. I lodged a complaint regarding my experience and service received and the manager dealt with it with such professionalism. Mr Tiaan Jacobs went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and ensured my complaint was addressed and dealt with. Thank you Sir for your hard work and dedication to your job. I wish there were more managers out there like you. Such amazing service and professionalism received from Mr Jacobs.

Disgusting service
Such disgusting service received this afternoon at the Richmond branch. Firstly it was a mission to get anyone to assist me, I then get passed snotty comments by staff saying they won’t be going home at 16:00 because they need to assist me. Not to mention the person assisting me eating a sandwich while talking to me, to the point where even I had the contents of the sandwich on me. I eventually just put everything I wanted to buy down and walked out of the shop. This is now the second time I’ve had an experience like this. Given how much money i spend here and how regular i am as a customer. This is disgusting. I would like to know what is going to be done about this. Shocking.

Such disgusting service received this afternoon at the Richmond branch. ACDC Pinetown Complaint
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from ACDC Pinetown regarding a refund that has been outstanding since 12 May. I initially contacted the branch looking for a specific changeover switch based on specifications provided by my electrician. The salesperson was helpful and advised that they did not have the exact switch in stock but recommended an alternative that would work. Based on this advice, I travelled to the branch and purchased the alternative switch. Unfortunately, when I got the switch to site, my electrician confirmed that it was not suitable for the application. I returned the switch to the branch and was advised that I would receive an EFT refund. I promptly submitted my banking details on 12 May as requested. Since then, I have had to repeatedly follow up on the refund. I was advised there was a query regarding the card used for payment, as I had paid using an Apple Pay virtual card. I immediately provided my bank transaction history and supporting information to assist with the verification process. Despite supplying everything requested and following up numerous times, I continue to receive little to no feedback. Tanya from Credit Returns has not provided any meaningful update on when the refund will be processed. At this point, ACDC has the returned switch and still has my money. A refund that should have taken days has now dragged on for weeks, requiring constant follow-up from me. I would appreciate urgent intervention from ACDC management to resolve this matter and process my refund without further delay.
