I am not happy with the service I have received from 10X. I was previously with Alexander Forbes, and I requested a withdrawal and the transfer of some of my funds to 10X. However, Alexander Forbes has been requesting the ROT from 10X, but they have still not sent it. I have only been with 10X for two months, but I am already experiencing poor service. This is very disappointing, and I am concerned about the lack of communication and assistance I have received. It is not acceptable at all. My claim has been pending from the 24th of July.

I am not happy with the service I have received from 10X. I was previously with Alexander Forbes, and I requested a withdrawal and the transfer of some of my funds to 10X. However, Alexander Forbes has been requesting the ROT from 10X, but they have still not sent it. I have only been with 10X for two months, but I am already experiencing poor service. I have been struggling since 23 July 2026 to submit my tax return due to an 'outstanding recognition of transfer' error on my return. I have contacted SARS multiple times and they all say they cannot assist, the Fund needs to ensure the ROT01 process was correctly filed. I have relayed this message via emails and call to 10x for now over a month and still no one can actually say they have contacted SARS to resolve the issue, they keep giving me the same screenshot and email sent since July. I have refreshed my return multiple times and nothing has changed, even when the consultant at SARS has checked my profile they see the exact same error. I am sure there are many more similar reviews. This is worrying as I have done another transfer now in the FY27 year.
