Pension fund stuck with 10X
I have been trying to move my pension fund from 10X to another FSP. This is now month number 4. Various follow-up emails have gone unanswered. This is a frustrating experience!

We have reviewed the matter and can confirm that the transfer to the Discovery Preservation Fund was finalised on 1 July 2026, when the payment was made. The supporting documentation, including proof of payment, was provided at the time, with both Discovery and your brokerage included in the email correspondence.
We have included both parties in our follow-up to ensure they are aware of the current query and can assist with any outstanding matters on their side.
We understand that this process has been frustrating. However, our records confirm that the transfer was completed in July 2026.
