Poor customer service
Customer service is very poor. My emails go unanswered. Their website is outdated - the email address given on the Tax reports page, goes to an un-monitored mailbox! Clients can't get their current tax certificates from 10x's Client Portal and 10x does not send it to you automatically. You have to phone and ask for them.

I am very disappointed at this organisation I have been sending emails every week to follow up on transfer of my pension fund from my ex employee to my current no one has bothered to send me forms or even answer on the process
