No one to help a person
I try and call and Whutsupp and email for 3 months already and no one can never come back to me. I must write exams in November and no one can tell me when i write. They are fast to call when you own them money but slow to help for other things They must really learn how to help people Do not recommend them for any studies.

A public school is better
I wrote my exam November/December 2025 and still no results given. The college does not care to respond to emails when escalating, timeously. Terrible service. Please do not waste your money or your time. They will not give you a refund if they do not produce your certificate so do not start in the first place. Let me save you +- R14500

Failure to release my certificate
Failure to release my certificate. My name is Simanga James Nongwanya with Waterfall School of Business student number ***. I am extremely disappointed Waterfall School of Business for failing to release my certificate despite having paid all outstanding fees in full. I have repeatedly followed up, but instead of resolving the matter, they keep postponing the release date without providing a satisfactory solution. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional, as i have fulfilled my financial obligations and expect the institution to do the same by releasing my certificate without further delay. I have been patient long enough, and these repeated delays are causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I urge Waterfall School of Business to take this complaint seriously and release my certificate immediately. I would not recommend an institution that fails to honour its commitments to students who paid in full. I hope this complaint will finally prompt them to resolve.

Waterfall school of Jokes and ******** that are idiots
Ever since this school transition from Oxbridge Academy to Waterfall School of Business everything went down hill from there. There support system is a joke they make **** promises Its best you stay clear from this school they are just a bunch of ******** asking for money even tho you already paid the full amount. Spare yourself the stress and effort and seek a better school then this Joke of a school. Its not worth it.

Useless school
I wish I never enrolled with them. They keep on saying my assignments are not complete before it was oxbridge none of this was happening. Now because I have paid them full and it is my last assignments they keep saying stories that not valid. I want them to refund me so can go else where . They are useless

Horrible service
Since Oxbridge Academy changed to Waterfall school the service is horrible. They don't answer emails, they don't answer on the Whatsapp line, they don't answer emails. I'll recommend another school as they are not helpful at all.

Trust no one
I wish i can give 0 stars. I few months back I left a review regarding my certificate not being provided and that i was not getting feedback regarding the recount of my one subject. they contacted me and said unfortunately it cannot be recounted due to blah blah blah (which I believed they did not submit the recount form in time) so i must rewrite it. Fair enough I accept I must rewrite it due to me not understanding that subject that well. Come to find out I paid for the more advanced course where they gave me the lesser one. So which means if i did receive my certificate it would not have been for the one I paid. The lady helped me and confirmed that they will enroll me for the subject I paid for and i do not have to pay anything. Lovely! They fixed their mistake........ Yet now I receive messages *** and phone calls stating I must pay the amount for the subject. I complain and say but they said I dont have to pay. They ask for the person's *** and I send it to them. Few days later again phone call sms *** saying they will send my information to their lawyers that the payment is overdue....... Send numerous emails to the person who assisted me she only says I must ignore..... I have not even received any material on the subject. I cannot even access the material through their asinine student portal. So tell me what the hell is going on at that place that no one can talk to each other or do their god dam job? Please if you feel you want to study here.... DON'T it is a joke of a place and I must rewrite my subject in November and I have not received any confirmation that they received my form or when it will take place.

Bad service
I have reached a point where I will not keep quiet or continue accepting excuses. I will keep following up until I receive what I paid for or my money is refunded. I registered for the Assessor course in November 2025. I was told that it was a three-month course, yet almost a year later, I am still chasing after my results. I submitted my portfolio around February 2026, and after months of following up, I was given one excuse after another. I was eventually told that I had to wait another four months. I have been extremely patient, but this has gone too far. I paid for a service and completed my requirements, so I should not have to beg for the results that I worked and paid for. I even requested a simple confirmation letter that I had registered this course with you, which I could use while waiting for my Statement of Results. Instead of assisting me, I have been ignored. No one takes responsibility, and every time I follow up, I am given another story. What makes this even more frustrating is that someone who started the same course around the same time, but at a different college, has already received her qualification and has moved on with her life. Meanwhile, I am still here chasing after mine. This institution has wasted my time, money and opportunities. I enrolled because I trusted that you would provide the service you advertised. Unfortunately, the level of service and communication has been extremely disappointing. If you are unable to provide my qualification and the results I paid for, then refund my money. I am no longer willing to accept endless delays and excuses. Please stop taking people's hard-earned money if you are not prepared to provide the services you promise. People register for these courses because they want to improve their careers and their lives. We deserve professionalism, accountability and proper communication. I am requesting a clear resolution, not another excuse. Either provide what I paid for or refund my money.
