Bad customer service
I bought Tiger Brands peanut butter from shoprite that was not in good condition. I emailed Tiger Brands customer care *** 5 days ago asking for a way forward since I no longer have a receipt,I only got an automated replsponse saying an agent will get back to me in 24hours. Until now I have received no further response.I had to throw the peanut butter away. I am very disappointed with the quality and the poor customer service I received

Mould on bread
I bought Albany bread on 2 occasions and the bread had mould. I emailed them on the email address on the packaging no reply. I called them and was given a *** and asked to whatsapp them all the details, my whatsapp was never opened or rep**** to. Terrible customer service

Good Afternoon I trust you are well. I purchased your Purity food number 8 at checkers, pick n pay and shoprite now already. The macaroni beef is usually solid everywhere I purchased it. I bought food in the beginning of the month and it is storage in a cool cupboard not that we had hot weather. When I opened it on the weekend, it was like a liquid texture. Not at all as it is supposed to be. My girl did not even want to eat it. I checked the second one and exactly the same with an expiring date of 2027. Why does the food I purchased have a liquid, slimmy texture? This is my child's health and wellbeing. I need feedback urgently please.

Rotten Purity with green mould
They distributed rotten purity and my child consumed it, 10months old baby who is now ill and they are telling me stories. There is no constructive feedback and they are non communicative, their agents are very rude on the phone. Including their team leader

Tiger brands is terrible
I bought koo beetroot which was undercooked. I complained to their consumer service to no avail. You get automated emails saying you will be contacted in 24 hours. I complained on 13 August 26 and have heard nothing back after 3 emails.

Weevil, Worms and Mould from Various TigerBrands Products
In the beginning of August I visited family out of town. Two things happened. 1. There were weevils in sealed macaroni 2. The were worms in the Koo baked beans. This was separate households. I came back to Cape Town and this week I found that the Albany bread I bought was mouldy before the expiry date. The bread bought by a different person and in a completely different location was also mouldy. Tiger Brands has not resolved the macaroni situation with no response when I follow up. 4 separate incidents and 4 separate people but Tiger Brands is shifting the blame to everyone except the possibility that there manufacturing area may be compromised. I want this resolved and I want to know how this will be fixed in future instead of just shifting the blame.
