Bad customer service

I bought Tiger Brands peanut butter from shoprite that was not in good condition. I emailed Tiger Brands customer care *** 5 days ago asking for a way forward since I no longer have a receipt,I only got an automated replsponse saying an agent will get back to me in 24hours. Until now I have received no further response.I had to throw the peanut butter away. I am very disappointed with the quality and the poor customer service I received
