Poor communication, Poor service, Poor support system
I am very much disappointed in this institution.. i can't wait to get my qualification and go further my studies at another institution.. The support system is very very poor , I don't even know what's its purpose because our issues are not being resolved.. They close our tickets , and say "problem resolved" but with no response or way forward. This is very low for a private institution 👎 And they are also rude when you call them.. if you're look for a good private institution, Stadio should never be your option .

Calls from Finance department need to stop
Hi there, Stadio Finance kindly please fix the issue about me owing the institution as I always receive calls from your finance department man named Sizwe and I don't know how many times I told him I don't have any debt with Stadio. Thank you,

Poor Communication
Academic standard is good but registrations department is terrible to work with. Third semester in a row experiencing difficulties, phone lines never answered and email responses after 3 days do not offer help. Unfortunately not impressed.

No clear communication
Good day. Im a PG Diploma in Data Science student.I am still waiting for feedback from STADIO regarding my DSA182 examination appeal. I received a written warning stating that I should register for the Semester 2, 2026 supplementary assessment. However, when I called STADIO, I was told that I would need to redo the entire module. I have also not been given any clear information about when the supplementary examination will take place. I understand the examination rules and accept responsibility for the earphone being present, but I submitted an appeal explaining that it was only being used to listen to music and not to gain any academic advantage. I urgently need clarity on the outcome of my appeal, whether I need to redo the module or write a supplementary exam, and when the supplementary assessment will take place. I logged multiple tickets without any responses and when i call no one can give a clear answer and i get transferred to IT that never seem to pick up

Unfair exam grading and marking practice...
Suspicion with exam results, you have to pay in order to see your mark or script. It took 2 weeks to get hold of anyone by phone. You get over 85% on assignments and online assessments which account to 40% towards exams, then boom you fail with a 17% mark, not sure how they allocate this. You get automated email that doesn't make sense. Finally you get someone in phone explaining nonsense: if you get below 40% in final exam they don't show those marks???? Oh you have to pay to get someone to take you through your paper and additional R400 if you want to rwview with lecturer. This happened with 1 paper last year and then you get a pass, thos semester you fail 3 papers which doesn't add up. This is a money making scheme which is an unfair practice while you take loans to pay for your fees. Can the department of higher education investigate Stadio. Oh by the way in one responses is they are Piloting using AI to mark, howbis that going to help with subjective questions...
