No clear communication

Good day.

Im a PG Diploma in Data Science student.I am still waiting for feedback from STADIO regarding my DSA182 examination appeal.

I received a written warning stating that I should register for the Semester 2, 2026 supplementary assessment. However, when I called STADIO, I was told that I would need to redo the entire module. I have also not been given any clear information about when the supplementary examination will take place.

I understand the examination rules and accept responsibility for the earphone being present, but I submitted an appeal explaining that it was only being used to listen to music and not to gain any academic advantage.

I urgently need clarity on the outcome of my appeal, whether I need to redo the module or write a supplementary exam, and when the supplementary assessment will take place. I logged multiple tickets without any responses and when i call no one can give a clear answer and i get transferred to IT that never seem to pick up
