Connection issues
Terrible service provider when it comes to network, thier staff they take forever to respond. My query hasn't been resolved since yesterday. Their terrible all they care of it's invoice. Yesessss! Sies 😡

Horrible service provider
Rapidnet is such a horrible network. They are forever down and they notify you when their service is down. My calls also get closed without assistance. It has been down for 7 days with no communication.

Rapidnet Horrible Service & Communication
I've been with Rapidnet for a while now and didn't have much issues until recently. Their connectivity has been very unstable for the past few months and it has been extremely frustrating having to resolve it with them. There's a lack of communication and they operate based on their comfortability rather than focusing on servicing the customer. I have without internet for weeks now yet I've paid for the month & attempted to reach out to them but they have no sense of urgency. My biggest frustration is that I work from home & I need stable connectivity & this doesn't seem to concern them. When you call they don't have much information or assistance. You WhatsApp them and they simply ignore you. I honestly trusted them for the longest time & I didn't expect such treatment from them as being a loyal customer for years. Really leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Absolutely Horrible service!!!!

Day number three complaining with unstable connection, I have requested management to contact me till to-date no one has bothered to call me. All am getting it's useless whatsapp message stating that their provider it's still investigating the issue. AND only technicians will be available this coming Friday. What kind of business is that?Dealing with clients but not having stand-by technicians to resolve our problems. This service provider it's nonsense and I'm going to make it my business to expose them EVERYDAY up until my issue is resolved. Rapidnet it's not a business I don't know what to call them.

I have been asking for technicians to come check radius of my signal till to date am struggling with connection not sure if they don't want to attend to their customers or what. This thing of always complaining everyday its a boring me straight they don't take thier customers seriously.

Such a terrible service, since Tuesday networks been done logged calls and the team is aware of what's happening that there radio is down in the area. Not making effort to come sort the issue instead keep postponing. Paid my account for wifi but I am struggling to get assistance meaning I paid for no service this month. Who is going to refund me for the month?

Poor internet
Rapidnet they don't take their customer serious this internet service provider has proven that they are the worst. I have been experiencing poor internet since last night till now nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Their whatsapp platform it's useless you query now they respond the following. I wouldn't recommend this service provider to anyone I regret the day I joined them.

Bad service and customer support
Bad customer experience, they are not honest ...keep on changing times to come address issues. They don't prioritize issues accordingly and ones always has to chase. Network signal often drops.
