Rapidnet Horrible Service & Communication

I've been with Rapidnet for a while now and didn't have much issues until recently. Their connectivity has been very unstable for the past few months and it has been extremely frustrating having to resolve it with them. There's a lack of communication and they operate based on their comfortability rather than focusing on servicing the customer. I have without internet for weeks now yet I've paid for the month & attempted to reach out to them but they have no sense of urgency. My biggest frustration is that I work from home & I need stable connectivity & this doesn't seem to concern them. When you call they don't have much information or assistance. You WhatsApp them and they simply ignore you. I honestly trusted them for the longest time & I didn't expect such treatment from them as being a loyal customer for years. Really leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Absolutely Horrible service!!!!
