Unstable network
I have been asking for technicians to come check radius of my signal till to date am struggling with connection not sure if they don't want to attend to their customers or what. This thing of always complaining everyday its a boring me straight they don't take thier customers seriously.

06 Sept 2026, 19:03Pathetic service provider, till to-date rapidnet it's failing to assign technicians to come check my radius of signal. Rapidnet must just close business because they are dismally failing their customers. THIS IS NONSENSE not even a single good review about this company, it was supposed to be a sign to some of us not to do business with them. YESSSSSS! NONSENSE

Pathetic service provider, till to-date rapidnet it's failing to assign technicians to come check my radius of signal. Rapidnet must just close business because they are dismally failing their customers. 07 Sept 2026, 18:47Follow up query regarding my connection this morning i have received whatsapp message informing that my query will be escalated to tier department, And I was also advised that my link was moved to the new Fibre site. This message was send around 09:21 this morning it's now 18:45 still struggling with connection. This busines they don't take us serious.
