DO NOT USE PERFECT CLICK
I never imagined I would be writing a review like this, but after months of unanswered messages, broken promises, and disappointment, I feel I have no other option. My experience with Perfect Click Photography has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a supplier. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, but I continued to trust the assurances given by Anachelle and her team. Unfortunately, many of those assurances never materialized. When concerns were raised, the explanations often shifted, with blame being placed on staff members or third parties rather than any real accountability being taken. One of the most upsetting aspects was that both Anachelle and the photographer who had personally briefed with me before my wedding failed to arrive on the day. Instead, two completely different photographers arrived on the morning of my wedding with no prior communication, warning, or introduction. I had never spoken to them before and had no opportunity to discuss my expectations, timeline, or the moments that were important to me. Several items included in my package were not delivered. There was no photo booth despite it being part of the agreement. Important couple photographs that were discussed and expected were never taken. To this day, I am still receiving excuses and conflicting explanations about why contractual commitments were not fulfilled. After raising my concerns, I was contacted by Leah, who was extremely apologetic and made numerous promises about how the situation would be resolved and how the company would make things right. Since then, she has disappeared entirely, along with Anachelle, and my messages across multiple platforms have largely gone unanswered. What makes this particularly heartbreaking is that these are memories that can never be recreated. You only get one wedding day. You trust your suppliers with moments that matter deeply, and when they fail to deliver what was promised, there is no opportunity for a second chance. The saddest part is that I genuinely liked Anachelle and her team. They seemed warm, professional, and passionate, which is why I chose them in the first place. I wanted so badly for this experience to be different. I have been patient. I have given countless opportunities for communication and resolution. Unfortunately, I am now left feeling ignored, disappointed, and let down. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Perfect Click Photography.

Worst Wedding Photographer
Never ever use Perfect Click. What should have been a special and joyful experience turned into a very frustrating and upsetting situation. We were promised that the owner would personally shoot our wedding with a second photographer and that both the bride and groom preparations would be covered at the same time. On the day, she did not arrive with no prior notice, and there was only one photographer and one videographer, which delayed our entire wedding timeline. Our package also included a 360 booth, which never arrived. The team on the day was not even aware of it, and we were told the provider was in an accident, which we do not believe. According to the contract, we should have received our photos and videos within 30 working days. We are now past that, with no delivery and no proper communication. Calls and messages are ignored. We were told the photos were sent, but nothing was received. A WhatsApp update channel was started and then abandoned. They asked what compensation we would like for the missing 360 booth, but after we responded, they never got back to us. It is honestly shocking and completely unacceptable that a company would treat people like this, especially right after something as important as a wedding. It completely ruins an experience that is supposed to be one of the most meaningful days of your life. Very poor service, no accountability, and no respect for clients. I would not recommend them.

Don't book Perfect Click Photography
Unfortunately had a bad experience with Perfect Click. They had all these amazing reviews - just to find out all bad reviews and comments get deleted. Our contract was broken numerous amounts of times, we didn't receive everything in our wedding package that we paid for. They **** about why the 360 booth wasn't available, saying in broke, but come to found out they never hired one for our wedding to begin with. They exceeded their delivery date for our photo by months and we still have not received our videos. Every time I try and message or mail, they ignore the message or give excuses as to why I have not received it yet, when asked to show proof that they have my items, they just sent me a photo of a folder with my name on it - which I feel does not prove that my items are in that file. To make up for the photobooth a wedding album was promised - which I have also not received, Drone footage wasn't done as the 3rd party photographers didn't even know that drone footage was part of our package, as well as the videos - seeing as all our videos were captured on an iPhone. We were supposed to have videos of our full ceremony, speeches as well our dances - but the 3rd party didn't have the right equipment and could only take short videos on the beforementioned phone, This I feel was a proper lack of communication from the owner - who ensured me she herself would take my photos and not 3rd party photographers. The owner only let me know the morning of my wedding that she isn't coming anymore. I have requested refunds on goods not delivered but haven't received any confirmation back yet, my messages have been unread for the last 12 days making this post, where I have sent messages at least twice a week since the 23rd op April. Replies before the 23rd were also sparce. It was a really bad experience, withholding me and my husband of memories for our special day is honestly heart breaking. Please do not do any business with them. Anachelle and her team seemed so nice and I was excited to have them as part of our journey... I really wish things could have been different.

Don't book Perfect Click Photography

Do not use Perfect Click
Had a very bad experience with Perfect Click. I got a message at midnight on the Saturday that our Easter Photoshoot that was scheduled for that following morning was cancelled. We were told in the message the photographer hurt her hand and then in another message we were double booked. An email was sent out giving us the option to reschedule to a different photoshoot or a full refund. A month later and I am still waiting on that refund and they don’t answer any of their emails or WhatsApp’s.
