Do not use Perfect Click

Had a very bad experience with Perfect Click. I got a message at midnight on the Saturday that our Easter Photoshoot that was scheduled for that following morning was cancelled. We were told in the message the photographer hurt her hand and then in another message we were double booked. An email was sent out giving us the option to reschedule to a different photoshoot or a full refund. A month later and I am still waiting on that refund and they don’t answer any of their emails or WhatsApp’s.
