I never imagined I would be writing a review like this, but after months of unanswered messages, broken promises, and disappointment, I feel I have no other option.

My experience with Perfect Click Photography has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a supplier.

From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, but I continued to trust the assurances given by Anachelle and her team. Unfortunately, many of those assurances never materialized. When concerns were raised, the explanations often shifted, with blame being placed on staff members or third parties rather than any real accountability being taken.

One of the most upsetting aspects was that both Anachelle and the photographer who had personally briefed with me before my wedding failed to arrive on the day. Instead, two completely different photographers arrived on the morning of my wedding with no prior communication, warning, or introduction. I had never spoken to them before and had no opportunity to discuss my expectations, timeline, or the moments that were important to me.

Several items included in my package were not delivered. There was no photo booth despite it being part of the agreement. Important couple photographs that were discussed and expected were never taken. To this day, I am still receiving excuses and conflicting explanations about why contractual commitments were not fulfilled.

After raising my concerns, I was contacted by Leah, who was extremely apologetic and made numerous promises about how the situation would be resolved and how the company would make things right. Since then, she has disappeared entirely, along with Anachelle, and my messages across multiple platforms have largely gone unanswered.

What makes this particularly heartbreaking is that these are memories that can never be recreated. You only get one wedding day. You trust your suppliers with moments that matter deeply, and when they fail to deliver what was promised, there is no opportunity for a second chance.

The saddest part is that I genuinely liked Anachelle and her team. They seemed warm, professional, and passionate, which is why I chose them in the first place. I wanted so badly for this experience to be different.

I have been patient. I have given countless opportunities for communication and resolution. Unfortunately, I am now left feeling ignored, disappointed, and let down.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Perfect Click Photography.
