Don't book Perfect Click Photography

Unfortunately had a bad experience with Perfect Click. They had all these amazing reviews - just to find out all bad reviews and comments get deleted.

Our contract was broken numerous amounts of times, we didn't receive everything in our wedding package that we paid for. They **** about why the 360 booth wasn't available, saying in broke, but come to found out they never hired one for our wedding to begin with. They exceeded their delivery date for our photo by months and we still have not received our videos. Every time I try and message or mail, they ignore the message or give excuses as to why I have not received it yet, when asked to show proof that they have my items, they just sent me a photo of a folder with my name on it - which I feel does not prove that my items are in that file. To make up for the photobooth a wedding album was promised - which I have also not received, Drone footage wasn't done as the 3rd party photographers didn't even know that drone footage was part of our package, as well as the videos - seeing as all our videos were captured on an iPhone. We were supposed to have videos of our full ceremony, speeches as well our dances - but the 3rd party didn't have the right equipment and could only take short videos on the beforementioned phone, This I feel was a proper lack of communication from the owner - who ensured me she herself would take my photos and not 3rd party photographers. The owner only let me know the morning of my wedding that she isn't coming anymore.

I have requested refunds on goods not delivered but haven't received any confirmation back yet, my messages have been unread for the last 12 days making this post, where I have sent messages at least twice a week since the 23rd op April. Replies before the 23rd were also sparce.

It was a really bad experience, withholding me and my husband of memories for our special day is honestly heart breaking. Please do not do any business with them.

Anachelle and her team seemed so nice and I was excited to have them as part of our journey... I really wish things could have been different.
