What should have been a special and joyful experience turned into a very frustrating and upsetting situation.

We were promised that the owner would personally shoot our wedding with a second photographer and that both the bride and groom preparations would be covered at the same time. On the day, she did not arrive with no prior notice, and there was only one photographer and one videographer, which delayed our entire wedding timeline.

Our package also included a 360 booth, which never arrived. The team on the day was not even aware of it, and we were told the provider was in an accident, which we do not believe.

According to the contract, we should have received our photos and videos within 30 working days. We are now past that, with no delivery and no proper communication. Calls and messages are ignored. We were told the photos were sent, but nothing was received. A WhatsApp update channel was started and then abandoned.

They asked what compensation we would like for the missing 360 booth, but after we responded, they never got back to us.

It is honestly shocking and completely unacceptable that a company would treat people like this, especially right after something as important as a wedding. It completely ruins an experience that is supposed to be one of the most meaningful days of your life.

Very poor service, no accountability, and no respect for clients. I would not recommend them.
