They cancelled my medical aid with Momentum Health without even consulting me. When I ask why, they told me that I put in the request to terminate my medical aid, they mixed up names in the process terminating my medical aid. I have so many questions and now I am witout medical aid, this is so unprofessional.

Taking a bonitas cover for me without my consent
Optivest took a bonitas scheme without my agreement with them. Name of the person who did that is Noxolo Tiku. Tried to resolve the issue and they are now nowhere to be found. Please help bcoz i am so frustrated.
