National SPCA is dismal
This is going to the National SPCA. I have no need to mention names as I have been emailing them. In September, I brought to their attention the issue of the calves/flies at Irene Farm to their attention. When I followed up yet again, still no positive feedback. It's truly pathetic how apathetic they are. I will therefore return to Irene Farm and expose the situation on social media.

Terrible service, just plain terrible for people who say that they care about our animals
Terrible service, they said that they would contact me concerning my fur baby on the day that they came and collected him after he came home with a tail injury. I'm still waiting for them to phone me. My heart is broken concerning my kitty and it seems like they don't care about people who truly love their animals 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

SPCA Kempton Park - Useless and heartless
If I can give a 0 I would. Kyle is useless!!! I don't even know how you call yourself SPCA!!! There is a dog that is jumping walls in my dad's neighbourhood and we've called them hundreds of times to come and do something because he is killing all the dogs in the neighbourhood and has bit a child as well. We have called ekurhuleni and metro as well just for someone to help us! My dad's dog just survived the 1st time and had a big vet bill, and today he died because the dog bit him again and this time he made sure our dog is dead!! Our dog was living in fear and so scared he stayed under a table for shelter from this dog and was shivering permanently! Kyle just says he cannot get to the dog!!! What an excuse!!! So if you cannot get to the dog then you throw up your hands and say sorry there is nothing I can do!! What did you actually do???? This was reported numerous times and you did absolutely NOTHING!! You contributed to our dog being killed!!!!! You have 0 care for animals and now our dog is dead!! Hope you are happy now and sleep good at night knowing you did nothing!!!

You can't even ask for help without having drama come to your home.
One of the most pathetic experiences we had regarding the SPCA Pietermaritzburg. I had called the Vet Clinic and spoke to the receptionist regarding our Jack Russell that has an itchy skin. I informed the receptionist that we are not the formal owners however the dog is in our care and we would like to get her some treatment but we were not able to afford the vet costs so I had asked her if there's anything else we are able to do in the meantime or if there's any way they can assist us. She then proceeded to tell me that she wants to create a profile for when we come in and so she had asked me for all my information. She also mentioned that they cannot assist us regarding the costs at all. She also asked us if we want to surrender the dog in and I informed her that we want to help the dog and in no way are we trying to give her up. She then sent out an email to her manager and twisted the whole conversation. 2 days later the SPCA inspectors arrived at my home saying they received a complaint and they are here for the dog. I informed them that I called for help so I don't understand why they were there. They then said that they want the owner of the dogs number so they can fight with her. Keep in mind that the owner is a old lady and we are taking care of her dog. When I called the office and spoke to the manager about them coming for the dog and why was a complaint made when I never called to make any complaints she wouldn't let me finish explaining what had happened. She then proceeded to say we are cruel to the dog and neglecting her when in actual fact we wanted to get the dog help but didn't have the funds. She started threatening to instruct the inspectors to take our dog away and then she started threatening to have me arrested and threatening me with a ******** record all because we couldn't bring the dog in immediately and we were waiting to get some money to bring her in. And yes I was indeed very rude to her after this because you do not come and threaten me just because you feel you have the authority. When I had called their member from head office - Marian, she didn't let me finish my story either and was siding with the manager. She agreed to her threatening me and apparently us not having funds is "not their problem". The inspector and the manager had then come to my house saying they came to take the dog away and gave us a written warning to have her at the vet before 4pm. When we had taken her to the vet all we were given were a flea and tick tablet and prednisone.The way in which this situation was handled was very unprofessional and ridiculous. Such a performance just because we asked for advice on our dogs skin. So my question is, everyone that calls the SPCA for help gets treated this way and have them showing up to their homes? We always donate to them and needed assistance but it looks like they rather assist the rich than us who need it. They put on this big performance when it was so unnecessary but when they were called out for the abused and neglected dogs next to my sisters house multiple times they did absolutely nothing. This is what the SPCA have come to and it's so sad how terrible management have become. Absolutely pathetic service and we will make sure this matter goes public. SPCA you need to fix your attitude because 1 day when you do this to the wrong people you'll end up losing donations that help.

Terrible service
The service at SPCA in grassypark was terrible. I booked an appointment for my dogs to be collected and took a day off to wait for them. At 4pm I had to be the one to call and check when they will come only to find out that they won't come. No one bothered to call and let me know. SPCA staff just don't care.

Dear Roodepoort SPCA Management, I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of one of your staff members, Mr. Alan. My experiences at your Roodepoort SPCA 3 Nadine St, Florida, Roodepoort, 1710 branch have left me deeply troubled, and I believe his behavior is inconsistent with the values and mission of the SPCA. On multiple occasions when I visited your facility with my pet, Mr. Alan displayed a condescending and dismissive attitude. He failed to acknowledge greetings, made derogatory remarks about pets without understanding their medical history, and demonstrated discriminatory behavior in his interactions. Specifically, I have witnessed him treating clients of different racial backgrounds unequally, showing courtesy and warmth to some while being openly disrespectful to others. Such conduct is unacceptable in an organization whose stated values include rejecting hate speech, verbal abuse, ******, and discriminatory practices. The SPCA is meant to be a safe and welcoming environment for all pet owners and their animals, regardless of race or background. Mr. Alan’s actions undermine public trust and discourage community members from seeking assistance at your branch. I have personally chosen to take my pets to other veterinary facilities and SPCA branches due to his behavior, despite the fact that I pay for services rendered. This decision was not made lightly but was necessary to ensure that my family and pets are treated with respect. I respectfully request that management investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that the Roodepoort SPCA remains a place of fairness, compassion, and professionalism. Allowing discriminatory behavior to persist damages the reputation of your organization and contradicts the principles you stand for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. West Coast SPCA not acting logical
They euthanize a cat in Bergrivier Municipality because someone complained it poses a nuisance, not a danger but they refuse to euthanize a dog that attack people and other dogs (on three different occasions already) in St Helena Bay. Please explain this!!!!!!!

West Coast SPCA not acting logical
They euthanize a cat in Bergrivier Municipality because someone complained it poses a nuisance, not a danger but they refuse to euthanize a dog that attack people and other dogs (on three different occasions already) in St Helena Bay. Please explain this!!!!!!!
