Seriously need to report you guys and work ethic
Worst provident fund ever. I think i need to take it up with the pension fund adjudicators, because this is truly nonsense. Going on 10weeks and claim hasn't been finalized.

Useless company useful for nothing with the misspelled signature
Dealing with @AbsaSouthAfrica and nbc trust fund is the worst. Every-time you put on a claim you must fight 40 days and 40 nights. And there is no ***. You must explain your story to each and every agent. I will forever complain about them. They can't communicate amongst themselves. If you are able change the trust fund please definitely do so. They deserve a -0 their agents will even hang up a call on you

Two Months of Delays and Empty Promises from NBC Holdings. Extremely Poor Service
Absolutely terrible experience with NBC Holdings regarding my pension fund withdrawal. I submitted my withdrawal claim two months ago, and I am still waiting for my money to be paid. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of proper communication. Every time I contact them for an update, I am told that my claim is "being worked on," yet two months later, there is still no payment and no meaningful explanation for the delay. This is money that belongs to me, and having to repeatedly chase a company for answers regarding my own pension withdrawal is unacceptable. Two months is an unreasonable amount of time to be left waiting without a clear explanation or resolution. The customer service and handling of this claim have been extremely disappointing. I expected professionalism, transparency and accountability, but instead I have experienced nothing but delays and repeated assurances without any tangible outcome. NBC Holdings needs to seriously improve how it handles pension withdrawals and communicates with its clients.

You know how funny it is when deductions go easily through every month, you know 90% of the complains here are provident fund related and african people, You can't tell people when they 8weeks period to pay out that you are experiencing backlogs, this wouldn't be the case in if was a different culture/race. My partner has been waiting since but now response given to her. Portal says it on Tax Application stage but has been there for over 3weeks, now her 8week for pay out has approached but there is nothing done.

My partner submitted a claim 20 July 2026 and given the NBC policies they said claim are finalized by 6 weeks but now it gone over the period to pay out they told her that claim hasn't been processed, as there is a high volume of claim received Whose fault is it that you received a high number of claims? I don't understand why must she be affected with all this.? Why only now you are saying there is a high volume of claims we can't process during the given time? Claim needs to be sorted ASAP as my partner is affected by all this.

My claim submission has gone over is approaching 8weeks still no finalization of my claim. No communication or update about my claim. Tried calling, emails and even this platform but still no luck. I dont know what needs to be done in order for my claim to be finalized
