Which ever company is doing or considering business with NBC, run away as your name will be in bad reviews

My partner submitted a claim 20 July 2026 and given the NBC policies they said claim are finalized by 6 weeks but now it gone over the period to pay out they told her that claim hasn't been processed, as there is a high volume of claim received

Whose fault is it that you received a high number of claims?

I don't understand why must she be affected with all this.?

Why only now you are saying there is a high volume of claims we can't process during the given time?

Claim needs to be sorted ASAP as my partner is affected by all this.
