Bad customer service
Call centre agents are not well trained and rude to potential customers. I requested for a call back and a guy called Harrison called me and when I asked to be called back at a more convenient time dude just hung up the line.

Unhappy!!!
Very unhappy with this MotorHappy company. My MFC financed vehicle has comprehensive cover with a reputable insurance company. Which is not being acknowledged despite correspondence from my insurance company to them on numerous occasions and now I’m being sent emails that I will be covered by motor happy and debited (without my consent) for this unnecessary cover. This is a very stressful situation. This exact issue ensued last year at the end of August
