Unauthorised debit order
I have an unauthorised debit order which I don't know, I tried calling them I am tired I wanted my money back with guaranteed email in writing and i want a call like today with my two months debit orders of R760 Please contact me with a refund

Horrible service
Terrible service from a lady who didn't want to transfer my call to a manager and refused to give me her name, she then hung up on me. This comes after I made a complaint that I've had 2 debit orders of R760, even though I was told it's a once off payment, and I was told that I would pay once my car loan application has been approved. So 2 incorrect and inconsistent information. I've been trying to get ahold of them but they take long to answer, are very rude, and don't respond to ***.

Slow in customer service but quick in debiting
Max Law Legal approached me to help improve my credit score and said it would be a once-off fee of R750. They debited my account in September and debited it again in October. They have not assisted me at all. I sent them my paid-up letters to update my credit score and they have not done so, yet they continue to debit my account. Very poor service - I do not recommend them.

Credit report
They offered to help me with my credit report and get back to me within 24 hours but they did not and they respond to my emails and can't go through to them on the fone.i going to cancel their debit order.
