Horrible service

Terrible service from a lady who didn't want to transfer my call to a manager and refused to give me her name, she then hung up on me. This comes after I made a complaint that I've had 2 debit orders of R760, even though I was told it's a once off payment, and I was told that I would pay once my car loan application has been approved. So 2 incorrect and inconsistent information. I've been trying to get ahold of them but they take long to answer, are very rude, and don't respond to ***.
