Slow in customer service but quick in debiting

Max Law Legal approached me to help improve my credit score and said it would be a once-off fee of R750. They debited my account in September and debited it again in October. They have not assisted me at all. I sent them my paid-up letters to update my credit score and they have not done so, yet they continue to debit my account. Very poor service - I do not recommend them.
