Support is non existent
Doesn't have a way to see if you input the correct bank account number. I wanted to check if my bank account number is correct but there is no way of seeing it. Reached out to support and still waiting. Doesn't help that their live service is ai and when you do connect to an agent they leave you hanging and disconnect.

From a cool game to a ******** like service.
As a long time user and fan of lottoland SA , I played understanding the odds were incredible to actually win but it was a chance to dream and have fun. Now with insane prices for it's tickets, a patchy system, unhelpful support and caps and deductions on its prizes. Even the support staff don't understand and are unable to explain. It's looking like a **** just being run till it to gets banned in South Africa. Take the US power ball that's running at close to 8 billion rand, yet in lottoland it shows 3 billlion. Yet the US mega millions thats at 5 Billion rand shows as 3 billion rand so much for the t&c that you will place the winner in the same position as if they had won the actual lottery.

Withdrawals and no communication
Worst site ever!!! Quick to take deposits and delays withdrawals. On the 5 June I requested a withdrawal of R24 000 on the 6th of June I received an email saying that because of the "large amout" they need more verification documents. (Keep in mind I have withdrawn successfully twice) They needed a bank confirmation letter with name surname,date account was opened and address and once verified funds will be released immediately. I submitted it on the 6th of June. On the 7th of June I received an email saying that my account was successfully verified. On the 8th, 9th and 10th of June I sent emails asking when the funds will be released. With no answer of feedback on my emails. On the 10th of July I received an email saying that my account was reviewed and that the withdrawal was processed successfully. Also stating that it would take 3 -5 working days for funds to reflect in my bank account and if it doesn't reflect in my bank account that I sould contact my bank to find out why it's delayed. On the 14th of June I sent an email requesting a proof of payment to be able to give the details to the bank (As Lottoland sends proof of payments once a withdrawal was successful) On the 15th of June I received an email saying that my request was forwarded to the correct department. I received an email again saying that I need to provide bank confirmation letter with name surname,date account was opened and address. I have to submit again!!! On the 15th of June I informed then that I already submitted it and it was approved. I requested the proof of payment again. On the 16th I received an email saying that the request was forwarded to the correct department. I received another response saying that my surname if different and they need a marriage certificate or name change document. On the 16th of June I submitted the marriage certificate and received an email stating that it forwarded to the correct department. On the 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th and the 21st i have sent follow up emails with no response. They just don't answer and keep changing the story. I still haven't received my withdrawal or a proof of payment. After they **** and said that it was successfully processed to date nothing has been processed.

Disappointed with them , just a waste of my money
When looking at the Lotto bets overseas the odds off winning them are almost impossible which brings into question whether they are all rigged to work in Lottoland favour .
