Please sort your site out.Deposits never get processed in time. Now I sm starting to believe that this could be a **** site .

I have reviewed your account and the deposit in question and it shows there was a processing delay with the payment provider so it failed to credit your account.
There was however no contact with Lottoland at the time of this happening but only later we see you came into live chat. There was a request then sent for the proof of payment for the deposit so it could be traced. This was provided today and the deposit was located and credited to your account successfully.
We do apologize for the inconveinence caused and delays with the deposit. Please provide the POP if this does happen so we can investigate it and have all the required details to do so.
