Bad service
They are very slow paying out winnings. Rather play at a casino where your winnings are guaranteed. I am waiting more than 5 days for a lousy R700 to be paid in my bank account

I am sorry to hear you have not had a good experience with your withdrawals and appreciatte the feedback.
After investigating the matter I can confirm these delays have been caused due to you loading your Card number instead of your account number as well as not providing the documentation requested via email. This means you loaded Invalid Bank details so the payment could not be made.
We contacted you regarding this on the 27th of October as well as a response on the 28th advising that we require further verification documents (bank confirmation) due to the errors with your details. We are still waiting for these documents, without these we cannot process your withdrawal to incorrect details.
Providing the bank details is not sufficient after incorrect details were given as we requested a bank confirmation Letter or Statement in PDF format with your details as confirmation.
The sooner you provide the requested information the sooner we will be able to make payment.
