Refund no; excuses yes
I ordered three shirts from Kokonova in the same size, two of which were the same size in different colours. Two were on sale but one was full price. When they arrived they all had a completely different fit. I sent the one at full price back at my expense a month ago and requested a refund. I’m battling to get the money out of them. I have got a bunch of excuses though….

Worst experience ever
Worst shopping experience ever! The quality of the item I ordered was soooo poor. I had to pay for the return. I had to call and email them to ask if they received it. Its more than 10 working days and im still waiting for the “third party” to refund me. I wont recommend them to my worst enemy.

SHOCKING SERVICE
Shocking service and very misleading and unprofessional team. Firstly I ordered a blouse that said it was 100% Linen and when i received the blouse, it was rayon ( false and misleading advertising). I asked to return the blouse and I was told I will have to pay for the courier services and so I did. The blouse was delivered by the courier services to them on the 03.07.2026 and I have confirmation from the courier services, However on one replies to my emails or my whatsapp messages or answers when I call. It has been more than 21 days and i have not received my refund. SHOCKING!!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!!!!!!

Never buy from Kokonva...If you do - check your bank transactions!!!!
Shocking customer care experience. 1) Ordered clothes online 2) It didn't fit 3) Wanted to exchange it but then they said it's in the Ts and Cs that sale items can't be exchanged. 4) They then made an "exception" if I booked the return and paid for the shipping MYSELF of the return items to send it to me. I falled for that and was desperate enough to do that. 5) Got the clothes back and it was fine. 6) When I checked my bank account there were two separate transations for Kokonva. There was one over R3000.00 which I did not make!!!!! 7) When I raised it with them, through a t lot of back and forth, they paid me R1800 only, who knows why they didn't pay the full amount they have ****** from me! 8) It has taken weeks and this has not been sorted out. Every time I communicate with them, they say the will send me the proof of payment today or that the "bosses" are in the office this morning and will sort it out etc. The sales person would tell me how she has even "cried" about the whole ordeal. But she doesn't follow up or delivers what she says she will. When I tell her I don't want to know their internal issues, and just to pay me back, she said I am rude.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered three items online and waited a week. No delivery. They are local (Gardens, Cape Town) so delivery should be within 2 days. Made contact, only to find out one of the items is no longer in stock. However the item was still advertised online (in the size I ordered) the week after I placed the order. It's week 3 since I ordered and I have still not received the other 2 items or the refund. I was promised delivery a week ago and still nothing. I'm disappointed with Kokonova's customer service. I won't be ordering from them again.

One of the dresses, in particular, would benefit from an invisible zipper to give it a more polished and higher-quality finish. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

Kokonova online store is a ****!
I would strongly suggest avoiding this brand and online store. I ordered a shirt online on 11 November which took 3wks to be delivered. That should've been a red flag. Cape Town to Joburg shouldn't take that long!. I was sent a completely different item to what I ordered. I emailed them. No response. Then WhatsApp. I was told to return the item to their warehouse in Milnerton, which I sent via courier in the first week of December. I haven't received any acknowledgement that the item was received or that I'll receive a refund. It's a ****! Don't ever buy anything from KOKONOVA
