Frustrating Delivery Delays and Underwhelming Quality

I placed an online order for three items, and the delivery took three weeks, which is quite long for a local order. Especially since there was no indication on the website that items are made to order (as some local brands clearly state).

To make matters worse, the delivery was incomplete, with one dress missing. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for the third item to arrive.

In terms of quality, the clothing feels somewhat cheaply made. One of the dresses, in particular, would benefit from an invisible zipper to give it a more polished and higher-quality finish.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.
