Kokonova online store is a ****!

I would strongly suggest avoiding this brand and online store. I ordered a shirt online on 11 November which took 3wks to be delivered. That should've been a red flag. Cape Town to Joburg shouldn't take that long!. I was sent a completely different item to what I ordered. I emailed them. No response. Then WhatsApp. I was told to return the item to their warehouse in Milnerton, which I sent via courier in the first week of December. I haven't received any acknowledgement that the item was received or that I'll receive a refund. It's a ****! Don't ever buy anything from KOKONOVA
