Never buy from Kokonva...If you do - check your bank transactions!!!!

Shocking customer care experience. 1) Ordered clothes online 2) It didn't fit 3) Wanted to exchange it but then they said it's in the Ts and Cs that sale items can't be exchanged. 4) They then made an "exception" if I booked the return and paid for the shipping MYSELF of the return items to send it to me. I falled for that and was desperate enough to do that. 5) Got the clothes back and it was fine. 6) When I checked my bank account there were two separate transations for Kokonva. There was one over R3000.00 which I did not make!!!!! 7) When I raised it with them, through a t lot of back and forth, they paid me R1800 only, who knows why they didn't pay the full amount they have ****** from me! 8) It has taken weeks and this has not been sorted out. Every time I communicate with them, they say the will send me the proof of payment today or that the "bosses" are in the office this morning and will sort it out etc. The sales person would tell me how she has even "cried" about the whole ordeal. But she doesn't follow up or delivers what she says she will. When I tell her I don't want to know their internal issues, and just to pay me back, she said I am rude.
