BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered three items online and waited a week. No delivery. They are local (Gardens, Cape Town) so delivery should be within 2 days. Made contact, only to find out one of the items is no longer in stock. However the item was still advertised online (in the size I ordered) the week after I placed the order. It's week 3 since I ordered and I have still not received the other 2 items or the refund. I was promised delivery a week ago and still nothing. I'm disappointed with Kokonova's customer service. I won't be ordering from them again.
