Delivery not being honored as promised form Online order
I bought a bar fridge form Incedible connection online portal 23/10/2026, I wanted to select a collection but I was paying the same amount as delivery, So i optd for delivery (2-5 working days) as per their website, Up until today I have not received my item and the courier company they us (Skynet) would not allow a collection, apparently the item can only be dleivered next week and I am heavely inconvinienced as I will not be around from next week , no more buying form them , thought Id give them a second chance as this is not the first unpleasent experience with them

Poor customer service
Purchased a laptop computer fro IC a few years back and am wanting a replacement battery. IC do not support battery purchases and not in least bit interested to assist as to how this can be done. Still sell the same brand of computer though.

What should I do? I bought a phone from Incredible Connection. The phone is giving me problems, so I took it back. The technician says there is a virus, and they booked it in. The phone has a factory defect, but they refuse to give me my money back and are forcing me to take another phone, which I don't want. Now I'm stuck with a phone I can't use, just because they won't refund my money. This was on the very same day that I wanted my money back. Incredible connection's appalling shipping and customer care
Incredible connection is absolutely pathetic in respect to customer care. Placed an online order which after weeks have not been delivered. All attempts (x6 ) on whatsapp chat or multiple telephone calls the query/complaint goes no where or literally gets cut off with no call backs. The lines are terrible, the people *********** and unhelpful and rude. No details from JDEX courier. An absolute dismal state of affairs. what a joke and sad to see this is where they are at.!?!?
