Superb Service & Product
Oh, what a great team to deal with! I had to replace my 19 year old donkey laptop. Katia took all my needs & wants and guided me to exactly the right laptop for me being cognisant of my budget. Within 1 day of placing my order the laptop arrived together with a mouse & bag (quite unexpected but delighted). She's in great condition, like new. I'm super stoked with their service and product :)

Disclaimer: I am writing this review to enter a competition. That said, I was genuinely impressed with the service I received from Super Communications. Firstly, the price at which I got my refurbished laptop was phenomenally good: I’ve very happy with what I got compared to what I paid. I’ve bought several refurbished laptops from another company before, and prefer them because, even second hand, they are of better build quality than a new, cheap consumer model. While my order was being prepped, I received two calls from Super Communications to keep me updated on the progress. When I received the laptop, it looked immaculate; I had to inspect it closely to see signs that it had indeed been used before. The technicians had cleaned and prepared really nicely and carefully. The laptop came with a mouse and a bag, which was a nice touch. It also came with a booklet on laptop care. While I hope to never use the 12 month hardware warranty, it is reassuring to have it. The experience genuinely was superior to my other laptop purchases. It was a delight doing business with Super Communications. Unique Code: 116743

Lenovo ThinkPad T14 By Mokgadi. Unique Code: 116467
I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Ryzen 5 Pro Laptop with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD on 2026/07/28. It's been a little over 3 weeks since delivery, and here is a break down of my experience: Delivery was quick; I received the PC on 2026/08/04. 1. First impression was more than satisfactory. The device was well packaged, accompanied by some complementary items (a bag and a mouse). 2. The product arrived in excellent condition. Visually there was minimal wear and scratches. looks almost brand new. 3. Usage: i. Through Lenovo Vantage, I discovered that the battery capacity is at 87%. which is reasonable for a Gen 1 T14. On full charge I get 5-6 hours of use before I need to charge. This also changes depending on how intensive my tasks are. ii. I initially had challenges with putting the device on sleep mode. The device drained the battery very fast from a full charge overnight to 22%. I discovered that the issue is PDC – lower power phase. I fixed the issue by setting the lid close to hibernate instead. iii. The display is beyond satisfactory as well, with good graphics. Watching videos is a wonderful experience, along with great speaker quality. iv. I tend to use the speech-to-text function often, and the microphone does very well in that regard. v. I'm able to do intensive tasks with no lagging or freezing. Overall the device is a great option for individuals who want an affordable PC with great specs. Especially for those who work from home or remotely. It's also an eco-friendly alternative to buying brand new. So far I'm happy with the product.
