Delivery not being honored as promised form Online order

I bought a bar fridge form Incedible connection online portal 23/10/2026, I wanted to select a collection but I was paying the same amount as delivery, So i optd for delivery (2-5 working days) as per their website, Up until today I have not received my item and the courier company they us (Skynet) would not allow a collection, apparently the item can only be dleivered next week and I am heavely inconvinienced as I will not be around from next week , no more buying form them , thought Id give them a second chance as this is not the first unpleasent experience with them
