Incredible connection's appalling shipping and customer care

Incredible connection is absolutely pathetic in respect to customer care. Placed an online order which after weeks have not been delivered. All attempts (x6 ) on whatsapp chat or multiple telephone calls the query/complaint goes no where or literally gets cut off with no call backs. The lines are terrible, the people *********** and unhelpful and rude. No details from JDEX courier. An absolute dismal state of affairs. what a joke and sad to see this is where they are at.!?!?
