Great Service
Received excellent service from Hirsch Springfield branch , the Defy air cooler I wanted was sold out so they got it from another branch and delivered it to me , super thoughful , thanku to Nabila and Tamia

Won't accept return
My mother bought a Defy fridge. It is making random noises, and the seal on the bottom door is faulty. They sent Defy out but the problem has not been resolved. Hirschs is refusing a refund

Spares Department Non existent
I contacted the Strubens Valley Branch telephonically for prices on LG Washing Machine spares. No response. Went into the Shop this morning. They said the Sales person has left. Complained to the Manager: Sorry. This was not a Surprise. The Spares Department is a Revolving Door. PS: I sent a WhatsApp to a Small Business for the same spares. Got price within an Hour. Hirsch, you have been having this problem for years..

Poor SMEG service delivery.
I bought a SMEG Washer/Dryer from Hirsch's in Somerset West, amongst numerous other items. The SMEG washing machine is now not working and even after 24 hours of reporting the matter, there is no contact made from SMEG. One expects improved service levels from premium brands that charge premium prices.
