Spares Department Non existent

I contacted the Strubens Valley Branch telephonically for prices on LG Washing Machine spares. No response. Went into the Shop this morning. They said the Sales person has left. Complained to the Manager: Sorry. This was not a Surprise. The Spares Department is a Revolving Door. PS: I sent a WhatsApp to a Small Business for the same spares. Got price within an Hour.

Hirsch, you have been having this problem for years..
