Poor SMEG service delivery.

I bought a SMEG Washer/Dryer from Hirsch's in Somerset West, amongst numerous other items. The SMEG washing machine is now not working and even after 24 hours of reporting the matter, there is no contact made from SMEG. One expects improved service levels from premium brands that charge premium prices.
